Ghost Hunting @ The White Ladies Priory
Well on Saturday we went to White ladies Priory in Shropshire. The place itself is a good 10 mins
drive from anywhere else so you are completely alone.
Well I arrived a little bit early so I thought I would park up and wait for the couple of others.
While sat there I heard a bang to the bodywork of my car, I thought probably an animal or
something just gone in to the car, big deal until it happened a further 2 times at which point I left
and thought I will wait for others to arrive.
We went on to location and the abbey ruins themselves were great to stand and look at.
We began looking around and heard what you can describe as a wooden old door latch unlock and
open/close. Well this was impossible as you will see from the picture there is no door and nothing
ANYWHERE to re-create it. Heard by me and Lysa, this was very impressive.
The night went on and became quiet apart from a couple of things keeping us going. Then as we
were sat down talking, we heard a women's/or women singing very light and nice, I climbed on
to the abbey walls to see over and absolutely nothing and with a bright torch I could see a distance
and no one could of run off anywhere in the field surrounding.
A personal experience was stood in a circle everyone holding hands, after around 30mins stood
there we were coming to the end of this session and I apologised to the lady on my left as I felt
like I was squeezing her hand really tightly, she said I wasn't and she wondered if I was ok as
I was shaking and Lysa to my right turned and said the same to me, she had spoken to me
mid way through to make sure I was ok I could not remember a thing of this, however I know I was
aware of my surroundings and the calling out that was going on but never at any point 2 people asking
me if I were ok or my arms shaking for that matter. Very strange.
We finished the night a little early due to people being cold. However I returned a little bit after they
had gone by myself and carried on looking around but to not much avail bar a few noises.
Looking forward to going back one day.
