Well what a place Castle Keep is, surrounded my history and mystery.
We began the night with the
history tour, finding out some interesting facts about the castle and
its previous occupancies and visitors.
The vigils began very strongly having immediate movement on the ouija board in The Great Hall. We
had a gentleman at the table who began to spell out his name and got to the 3rd letter and stopped.
This name was confirmed by the Castle Keep worker that it was indeed the correct 3 letters, however we
could not push this any further and could not get the remaining letter. This was followed by one of the
group members names being spelt out with what appeared to be a message but turned into a circular
motion and actually quite violent movements.
We seperated off into 2 groups to investigate Castle Keep as there are alot of room and hallways.
We had inpressive results in many of the rooms.
During the night unknown to us we caught quite alot
of orbs be this on camera or on photo's a few are on
the forum for people to see.
My group began a planchette and automatic writer experiment in the 'condemned cell' on the paper we
got what looked like the name of Jake to be spelt out however this is not confirmed and only what we
could make out. We took away the paper when the auto writer began to move in what seemed to be
a question answering movement and sure enough that is what it was. We had what was believed to
be this male spirit playing games, with control of the automatic writer it gave us answers in 'yes & no' form
and also contacted one of the groups deceased grandad (or was it this 'jake' playing around we do not
know') we conducted this experiment in the complete pitch black and the only thing that could give us
our results would be a night vision camera that had been left recording.
Alot of the group experienced a variety of events and something people will and won't want to
speak about in time.
With one glass smashed by a group member (clumsiness not paranormal) the
other glass was taken
to the Great Hall this continued from the earlier happenings and the glass
commenced in a violent circular motion and left the table many times. One picture taken that is on the forum shows the members
fingers that were on the glass still there however the glass shooting out from
under them all.
With co founder Lysa wanting to get a feel for the place she began her lone vigil walking around Castle
Keep with nothing but a night vision camera and a torch she caught a few 'Orbs' on her way round and
braved it on the stairs where it is reported many soldiers lost there lives as they came up the circular
stairs.
All in all this location as fantastic and will without a doubt return to this location.
