Why did CL Paranormal Start?
We started after the group we both belonged too disbanded and everyone was left looking for new
places. We came together and started CL Paranormal. The events soon started following which leads us
to where we are today.
Why are CL Paranormal events different?
With ourselves you are truly ghost hunting, unlike with other companies who have your interest at
heart, but they do this as a business we do not do multiple events every month and have lots of events
every weekend. This will make sure all the group and the owners of CL Paranormal will be at EVERY
event and will be on hand at all times. Because we love the Paranormal, we enjoy Ghost Hunting
ourselves and do not want to miss a location, every location has something different to offer that we
want to be a part of.
Why do you do only 1 or 2 locations a month?
Quality is very important to us opposed to quantity! We do not want to tire out any location and love
revisiting a place. However with other companies within the market you will see the location has
been used and done so many times within a 2-3 month period they grow bored and tired of it. We want
to ghost hunt every location as mentioned before and this is the best way of doing what we set out
to achieve.
Why are we cheaper on the market than others?
All people who help CL Paranormal are part of the group when it first began, we ourselves pay to go
on ghost hunts which takes up places and we do not have any paid staff which keeps down overheads.
The website is kindly looked after and developed by a customer and a friend.
We do not take wages out of CL Paranormal, any money from ghost hunts and donations are
re-invested into more equipment and venues.
Why do we not have all dates for venues?
Venues are booked when we know as many team members can attend as possible. We do this as
a passion and not work, we do not want people to miss out. People can register there interest and
any events with no dates will not happen within a 1 month period. Plenty of notice will be given.
Why do we not work with a medium?
A lot of people in the 'Paranormal' claim to be a 'Medium' however with alot of events people go to you
will see that they are recitting history that is freely available from locations, as opposed to any 'gift' they
may have. The reason people go on a Ghost Hunt is in search for these and not told / led to believe /
influenced into what is there and what is not. Majority of the members of CL Paranormal are 'sensitive'
and we believe this is a brilliant tool as we can contrast ideas and then research in the future with
results being posted on the forum. Any 'medium' that will join us will be reputable and a special guest
at any event we choose.
About the 'Future Events' Page & Descriptions
Future Events are listed with what we see as just enough of a description so you know what you are
getting. We do not try and scare you or create false fallacies! We like to keep the mystery to the location
and do what we are there to do! GHOST HUNT! this is a benefit to both staff and customers. Along
with this we can assure you that you are going to do what you are paying for and not paid to just be
scared. Nothing is fake or set-up to happen, what happens on the events happens and nothing will be
gone without investigation.
It is my first event and I am a bit nervous about coming?
This is fully understandable meeting new people is always a nervous time and you do not want the
usual divide on Ghost Hunts where you have Staff together / groups together / friends together / couples together / single attendees by themselves. We always try and meet before a Ghost Hunt at a local
restaurant if food is not on one of our Ghost Hunts and public are more than welcome to join us for
this, this will give you chance to talk to us about the night coming and also get to know all the group.
In
theory you will become one of the group and this is the personal touch we go for. The group is a
mixture of age young and old, but this is not important we are all there to do one thing GHOST
HUNT! remember
you are coming to a ghost hunt, not going on a ghost hunt with a company and that
is what makes a difference!
Are we insured?
Yes. We have full public liability insurance as the majority of locations
require £5 million cover
minumum.
